Aestheticare’s Growth
In July 2001, AesthetiCare opened with 2 employees and 1100 square feet. Today, we have 24 employees and 10,000 square feet. We have experienced 17 consecutive years of double-digit growth, exceeding $6.2M in annual revenue in 2018. AesthetiCare is now one of the most successful aesthetic centers in North America.
Running a successful clinic has taught us the value of having a highly trained and educated staff. The majority of our MINT trainers are also providers at AesthetiCare, and are national trainers for many manufacturers, including Allergan, and are A.R.R.A. Board-Certified Laser Instructors.
MINT Aesthetics’ Success
When MINT began offering aesthetic training and consulting services in 2005, we researched what was being offered in aesthetic consulting and decided we were going to be different. Our business and clinical consulting is based on our working business model, AesthetiCare. Therefore, we literally “practice what we preach” every day.
We decided that instead of offering a “one size fits all” consulting package, we would build each program based on the clients’ needs. MINT has worked with over 1000 clinics in North America, and just started offering a line of e-courses for online training opportunities.
